The period to submit requests for advisory opinions is open until January 9, 2026 at 5pm Pacific. The CIC intends to issue advisory opinions after December case changes.
You must fill out this form by 11:59 pm (based on the time zone of your assigned Tournament) the Sunday of your Tournament if you intend to file a complaint with the CIC regarding egregious invention of fact (as defined by Rule 7.21) and would like CIC to consider any remedy that would result in a change of points, ballots, or round outcome.
Complaints must be filed by 4:00 p.m. Central time on the Monday immediately following the Tournament. In order for a complaint to be considered by the CIC, this form must be completed. Teams are asked to submit photos or scans of the relevant ballots as well as the required video or audio recording (unless prohibited by the venue) to the CIC via email.
