ORCS Changes & Balance Memo

Feb. 26, 2017 - The case committee has released pre-ORCS case changes, as well as a change log and a memo about case balance at the first three weeks of regionals. The committee does not anticipate releasing any additional substantive case changes. If teams notice any suspected errors or issues, please communicate them directly to the case committee via email.
