Updated Rulebook, Tabulation Manual Posted

On August 31, 2013, AMTA released its updated Rulebook and Tabulation Manual for the 2013-2014 competition season.  Any questions regarding the Rulebook should be directed to Ryan Seelau, AMTA's Rules Committee Chair.  Any questions regarding AMTA's tabulation procedures and rules should be directed to Johnathan Woodward, AMTA's National Tabulation Director.
