Priority Regional Registration - 10/15
Oct. 12, 2014 - This is a reminder to all AMTA Schools. The priority registration deadline for placement in an AMTA regional tournament is October 15. The first three teams that register from reach school before this deadline are guaranteed regional tournament placement. Teams may still register after October 15 (through the final deadline of January 15), but those schools/teams that register after October 15 will risk being placed on the wait list for purposes of regional placement if space in regional tournaments dictates.
All 2015 AMTA tournament dates and locations can be found online here. Please note that no team should assume any particular assignment to any particular regional tournament either based on geography or historical practice. AMTA will release team assignments for regional tournaments in November, no later than Thanksgiving. Each primary contact for each school will receive an email from AMTA when the assignments are released.
In order to be considered fully registered, AMTA must receive all payments (school and regional team registration fees, and any overdue fines/penalties), the School Registration form, and institutional authorization letter for your school by this date in order for your team to receive priority regional placement. If your school has been assigned a Team Number, then you are all set for your registration. If your school is not listed as having a Team Number, then you are missing one or all of the above components.
