Access and Use of Past Case Materials
Past AMTA cases may be purchased for one year of internal use for $150 per case. Any external use requires advance written permission, with licensing fees set by AMTA Executive Committee based on the specifics of each requested use. Camps and other ventures that involve use of the case by non-AMTA members must pay the annual use fee of $150 per case plus an additional annual license fee in the following increments:
$0 to $4999 in total fees collected from all participants: $100 (total $250);
$5,000 to $9,999 in total fees collected from all participants: $350 (total $500);
$10,000 to $14,999 in total fees collected from all participants: $450 (total $600);
$15,000 to $19,999 in total fees collected from all participants: $550 (total $700);
$20,000 to $24,999 in total fees collected from all participants: $650 (total $800);
$25,000 to $29,999 in total fees collected from all participants: $750 (total $900);
$30,000 or more in total fees collected from all participants: $850 (total $1,000).
"Fees collected" encompasses all fees, regardless of whether they are charged by a mock trial program or another entity.
After payment is received, AMTA will provide a user name and password to allow access to the case(s). Payment may be made online via PayPal or via check mailed to the AMTA office. If you need assistance regarding payment options or questions regarding case access, please contact the AMTA Office. All transactions will appear as "Pay Pal" on your credit card/bank statement. All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued.
